Prep journal fields before they arrive. After the documents are signed in your presence, each signer may sign the journal. Then the line locks. Kept ten years. Offline drafts work on your phone.

Electronic record book for Texas notaries. Not a notary. Not legal advice. Not RON.

  1. 01

    Prep

Enter journal fields from the appointment — signer name, document title, dates — before they arrive. This product does not choose a notarial act and does not interpret the document.

  2. 02

    Sign

When the notarial act is finished in the signer’s presence, present the journal. Each signer may sign once. That signature locks every draft line prepared for that signer.

  3. 03

    Locked

In the book. No ID numbers. Hash-chained. Texas treats journal entries as public information. A certified copy is $1 per page for the lines requested, issued by the notary after fees are paid.

Walk-in

Quick entry

They’re already standing there. Don’t start a named appointment. One signer, one document, then they may sign the journal. Extra papers: add the line, they sign that one too. Quick entry still requires every Texas-required field before a line can lock.

Journal drafts can be completed on your phone. Locked lines sync when a connection is available. We review reported issues on business days and will acknowledge within one business day.
